Every year in the last days of autumn, the visitors of "Yekaterinburg" library centre  make a small journey. France, Czechia, Italy, and now - Portugal. All these countries were imprinted on the canvases of the young artists, the students of Gymnasium No. 8, "Lyceum named after S.P. Diaghilev", and during the exposures opened new, bright and unexpected.

"Every year we go to the most scenic places of various countries, and as a result we make the exhibition",  - told Sergei Kukharenko, the deputy director of the facial art department.

Sergei Nikolayevich did not speak about how high the teachers were  evaluating the art level of the students, but the guests of the event did not conceal their admiration.

"Every year you amaze more and more. Sometimes it seems like it cannot be better, but when I come to you and see... can be!" - shared Boris Klochkov, an artist, muralist, sculptor, professor of monumental and decorative arts (MDA) UrSAAU.

Three young artists enjoyed a few moments of fame and were happy to accept flattering reviews. The small sprockets of this evening watched with the joy how the guests were coming to the paintings and wondering when they read nameplates and noted the age of the authors: Nikita Akberdin, 9 years old; Angelika Beshenova, 9 years old; Sophia Fedorova, 10 years old. "The Children of Russia" fund also congratulated the children.

"Every year the inmates surprise us with the works that have been directed to the Russian festival-contest of the young talents "Diamond panes" - noted Julia Nutenko, the director of "The Children of Russia" fund. - This traditional exhibition is also a chance to make a small journey and look at distant countries, their brightest sights in a new way, through the prism of a child's creativity."
