In Verkhnaya Pyshma town the children’s hockey tournament is over, it is dedicated 15th anniversary of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) and the charity fund “Children of Russia”. Boys born in 2005 from Sverdlovsk city, Orenburg regions and the republic of Bashkortostan competed in Ice Arena named after Alexander Kozitsyna during five days.

The team of Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve from Orenburg won the hockey battles, the hockey team "Gornyak" from Uchalu (Republic of Bashkortostan) took the second place, the guys from Orsk (Orenburg region) took the third place.

The most successful players also landed prizes. Alexander Sviridov from Orenburg became the best goalkeeper of the tournament, Igor Semenenko from Orsk was the best among the scorers, and Savely Korol from Serov became the most valuable player. The prize went to the youngest athlete of the tournament - Rodion Safianova from Uchalu.

According to the organizers, all the children's team showed mature game, and some matches didn’t inferior to the "adult" hockey on the pressure and stiffness, fighting spirit, without which it can not do gambling contests.
