More than one hundred and fifty children who have achieved excellent results in studies, sports, and creativity that won the international, national, provincial, regional festivals and competitions are among the “golden youth” of Gai city. They were awarded with diplomas, figurines and gifts.
The Day of Knowledge was celebrated in the Oncocenter
Whatever the circumstances the child always striving to learn this world. Among the wards of the Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology CSTO №1 there are both curious kids, and children who could just begin to study this year at school. They didn’t join the coevals on a school assembly and at the first lessons. In the first days of September the Knowledge Day came to all charges of the Center.

The international Children’s day has become a professional holiday of the charity fund “Children of Russia”. Each year the fund celebrates it with children: creativity competitions and exhibitions, concerts and city holidays are held in different cities of our country.

At the end of the year 2013 the officials of the Arts school of Novokhopersk town (Voronezh region) referred to the charity fund “Children of Russia”. Two vocal groups “Raduga” and “Pryalitsa” are study at school. Their members are repeated winners of area-based, provincial and regional competitions.

In Verkhnaya Pyshma town the children’s hockey tournament is over, it is dedicated 15th anniversary of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) and the charity fund “Children of Russia”. Boys born in 2005 from Sverdlovsk city, Orenburg regions and the republic of Bashkortostan competed in Ice Arena named after Alexander Kozitsyna during five days.
Internationally
“Children of Russia” – the only charity found in our country and a member of the World Federation of Associations of UNESCO Clubs. Collaborative work of the Fund and UNESCO is permanent and its logical step was the meeting of the management fund and Daniela Popesku, the President of the European Federation of Associations, UNESCO Clubs, and the President of the Romanian Federation of UNESCO Clubs.
Another journey of Nicolay Rundkvist Honoured traveler of the Russian Federation opened his own photo exhibition in the heart of Chernozem
40 photographs of the leader of the expedition «North Pole» (1994), «Russian roads» (1997), «One hundredth meridian» (2002), «Republic of North Ossetia – Alania» (2007), «Amazing Kuzbas» and many of the others, the author of 15 books will be exhibited in the Novohopersk museum of local lore (Voronezh region) during one month.
